Terms & Conditions

The following terms carry the meanings set out below whenever they appear in this Agreement, whether capitalized or not:

To register and use gsg108, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. gsg108 strictly prohibits gambling by minors. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect a Player is under 21, we will suspend the Account pending age verification and may permanently close it.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. The Platform's services, payment integrations, and customer support are optimized for players located within the Indonesian archipelago.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under legal guardianship or declared legally incompetent may not register.
• Single Account: You must not hold any other active or suspended Account on gsg108. Each individual is entitled to one Account only, regardless of device, IP address, or payment method used.
• Own Identity: You must register using your own true identity. Registering on behalf of another person, using fictitious details, or impersonating another individual is strictly prohibited.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion period initiated either by yourself through the Platform's Responsible Gaming tools or imposed by gsg108 under Clause 11.

3.1 Registration Process

To open an Account, you must complete the registration form on the gsg108 Login page, providing accurate and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and preferred contact number. All fields marked as mandatory must be completed truthfully.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. gsg108 will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password not used on any other service.
• Log out of your Account when using shared or public devices.
• Notify gsg108 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members.

3.3 KYC Verification

gsg108 implements mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures in accordance with internationally recognized anti-money laundering (AML) standards. KYC verification is required before processing any withdrawal request. Accepted documents include:

• Identity: Indonesian National ID Card (KTP), Passport, or Driver's License (SIM).
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the past three months showing your registered Indonesian address.
• Payment Verification: Screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the bank account or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja) used for deposits.

gsg108 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within 30 days of the first withdrawal request will have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is completed.

3.4 Account Accuracy

You must keep your Account information accurate and up to date. Any change to your name, address, email, or contact number must be reported to gsg108 support promptly. Providing materially false Account information constitutes a breach of this Agreement.

4.1 Approved Payment Methods

gsg108 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following IDR-denominated payment channels:

gsg108 does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign bank transfers, credit cards, or payments originating from third-party accounts not registered in the Player's own name.

4.2 Deposit Limits & Processing

The minimum single deposit is Rp 10.000. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit, though gsg108 reserves the right to apply enhanced due-diligence checks for single transactions exceeding Rp 50.000.000. E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay) typically settle within 60 seconds. Bank transfer deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri typically settle within 1–5 minutes during banking hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–21:00 WIB).

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.
• All active Wagering Requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be met before Bonus Funds (or winnings derived from Bonus Funds) may be withdrawn.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes to 3 hours for e-wallets, and up to 24 hours for bank transfers. Processing times may extend during peak periods or public holidays.
• gsg108 reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests that trigger AML risk flags, which may extend processing time by up to 5 business days.

4.4 Own-Funds Policy

All deposits must be funded from sources legally owned by the Player. gsg108 will not process deposits from funds derived from illegal activity. If gsg108 has reasonable grounds to suspect a deposit originates from illegal sources, the Account will be suspended pending investigation and the relevant authorities may be notified.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers issued by gsg108 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion on the Platform, in addition to the general provisions set out in this Clause 5. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail solely in respect of that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds. Wagering Requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Unused Bonus Funds expire and are automatically removed from the Account at the end of this period.

5.3 Eligible Games

Wagering Requirements may be fulfilled across live casino, slot games, and sportsbook markets unless the specific promotion explicitly restricts eligibility to a particular game category. Bets placed on togel lottery markets do not count toward Wagering Requirements unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

gsg108 employs automated systems to detect and prevent bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk mathematical betting strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine wagering intent, colluding with other Players to exploit bonus structures, and providing false or altered documents during KYC to qualify for promotions. Any Player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their Account suspended and any associated Balance forfeited.

5.5 Modification & Withdrawal of Promotions

gsg108 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Bonus Funds already credited to a Player's Account remain subject to the terms in force at the time of crediting.

6.1 Fair Play & RNG Certification

All casino games and slot titles offered on gsg108 use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) independently audited for fairness. Live casino games — including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and Dragon Tiger — are conducted in real time with live dealers streamed under the supervision of our certified game providers, including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. gsg108 does not manipulate game outcomes.

6.2 Bet Acceptance & Void Bets

A wager is accepted when it receives a confirmed transaction ID displayed on screen. gsg108 reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has concluded (late bets), bets placed on markets affected by system errors or incorrect odds, and bets that would create an obvious arbitrage opportunity arising from a platform error. Void bets are returned to the Player's Balance in full.

6.3 Technical Failures

In the event of a game or connectivity interruption during an active wager, gsg108 will attempt to restore the session to its last valid state using server-side logs. Where full restoration is not possible, the affected wager will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's Balance. gsg108 is not liable for losses arising from interruptions caused by the Player's own internet connection or device failure.

6.4 Sportsbook Specific Rules

Sports betting markets are subject to sport-specific rules published in the Sportsbook section of the Platform. Key general provisions include: all football (soccer) results are determined at the end of 90 minutes plus referee-added time (excluding extra time and penalties, unless the market specifies otherwise); mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selections to win — any void leg reduces the accumulator leg count; voor bola (Asian handicap) lines are set at the time of market publication and are subject to line movement before bet acceptance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on gsg108 and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name or using any other identity.
• Using automated bots, scripts, macros, or any software that interacts with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or pricing errors to generate artificial winnings.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players, dealers, or Platform employees to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to launder money or process funds from illegal sources through the Platform.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other network tools to obscure your true geographic location for the purpose of circumventing eligibility restrictions.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward gsg108 staff or other Players via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.
• Attempting to access another Player's Account without authorization.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any gsg108 content without prior written authorization (see Clause 8).

All content on the gsg108 Platform — including but not limited to the gsg108 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, promotional materials, and audio-visual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of gsg108 or its licensed content providers (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PGSoft, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe, among others).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any Platform content without express written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use the gsg108 name or logo in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without prior written authorization.

Any unauthorized use of gsg108 intellectual property constitutes a breach of this Agreement and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.

gsg108 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and available at gsg108.net/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.

Key data-processing principles applied by gsg108 include:

• Purpose Limitation: Personal data is collected only for the purposes of account management, payment processing, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and (where consented) marketing communications.
• Data Minimization: We collect only the data strictly necessary for the stated purposes.
• Security: All personal data is protected by 256-bit TLS encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.
• Retention: Account data is retained for a minimum of five years following Account closure, in compliance with applicable AML record-keeping obligations.
• Third-Party Sharing: Personal data is shared only with KYC verification partners, payment processors, and game providers strictly necessary to deliver the Services. Data is never sold to third-party marketing agencies.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gsg108 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensed content providers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses arising in connection with the Platform.
• Losses arising from interruptions, delays, or errors caused by third-party payment providers, internet service providers, or telecommunications networks outside gsg108's direct control.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate password security.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform, including but not limited to match statistics, odds displays, or game-outcome projections.

gsg108's total aggregate liability to any single Player for any and all claims arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Clause 10 shall operate to exclude or limit gsg108's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting gsg108 support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money Funds Balance (net of outstanding Wagering Requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completed KYC verification.

11.2 Closure by gsg108

gsg108 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or Restricted Activities as defined in Clause 7.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring Account closure.
• The Player becoming subject to a legally imposed gambling exclusion.

Where an Account is closed due to a material breach by the Player, gsg108 reserves the right to retain the full Account Balance as compensation for damages. Where closure is for any other reason, the Real Money Funds Balance will be returned to the Player following the resolution of any outstanding investigations.

11.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their well-being may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to gsg108 support and take effect within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, the Account will be inaccessible and gsg108 will not send any promotional communications to the affected Player. This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles as applied by gsg108's licensing jurisdiction. The parties acknowledge that online gambling is subject to varying legal interpretations in Indonesia, and nothing in this Agreement constitutes a representation that participation in the Services is lawful in every jurisdiction within Indonesia.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and gsg108, the following resolution process applies:

1. Step 1 — Direct Contact: The Player must first submit a written complaint to [email protected], providing full details of the dispute, relevant Account information, and supporting evidence. gsg108 will acknowledge the complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a resolution within 7 business days.
2. Step 2 — Escalation: If the Player is not satisfied with the initial response, the complaint may be escalated to gsg108's senior compliance team by replying to the initial acknowledgment email and requesting escalation. Escalated complaints are addressed within 14 business days.
3. Step 3 — Independent Review: Where a resolution cannot be reached through direct escalation, the Player may request that the dispute be referred to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body recognized by gsg108's licensing authority. The decision of the ADR body shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this Clause 12 shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

gsg108 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, gsg108 will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page.
• Post a notice on the Platform homepage or within the Account dashboard for a period of not less than 7 days prior to the amended terms taking effect.
• Where the changes are particularly significant, send a notification to the email address registered to each active Account.

Your continued use of gsg108 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Clause 11.1. gsg108 will not retroactively apply amended terms to transactions or disputes that arose prior to the amendment's effective date.
